At Vedika Sweets, we prepare fresh, handcrafted sweets every day to ensure the highest quality, taste, and hygiene. Because our products are perishable and best consumed fresh, we offer delivery only within Jammu city and nearby local areas.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver only within Jammu and selected nearby localities.
This ensures the sweets reach you fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.

Delivery Time

All orders are prepared fresh and delivered within:

• Same day delivery: For orders placed before 6:00 PM
• Next day delivery: For orders placed after 6:00 PM

Delivery is generally completed within 2–4 hours, depending on location and order volume.

Freshness & Handling

Since sweets are highly perishable, we do not ship them outside the local delivery zones.
We take extra care by:

• Using fresh ingredients daily
• Maintaining hygiene at every step
• Ensuring careful handling during packaging and delivery

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on distance:

• Within main Jammu city: ₹30 – ₹50
• Nearby areas: ₹50 – ₹80

Exact charges will appear at checkout.

Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for large orders.

Conditions That May Delay Delivery

Your delivery may be delayed in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Heavy traffic, bad weather, or road restrictions
• High order volume during festivals
• The item requires fresh preparation time
• We will inform you immediately if there is any delay.

Important Notes

• Since products are perishable, we do not ship outside Jammu.
• We do not deliver if the area is sealed, restricted, or unsafe for delivery staff.
• Sweets cannot be stored for more than 24–48 hours, depending on the variety.
